Schulterporträt des Druckers, Verlegers und Kupferstechers Johann Theodor de Bry. Er war bekannt durch die Herausgabe reich illustrierter wissenschaftlicher Bücher. Er verlegte mehrere Werke Wilhelm Fabrys. Das Brustbild zeigt ihn halb nach rechts gewandt, mit dem Blick zum Betrachter.Er ist zeitgemäß repräsentativ gekleidet in Wams und Halskrause.
Unter dem Porträt steht der Text:
