Serie von fünf Aufnahmen des traditionellen Straßenmarktes Mercato di San Lorenzo auf der gleichnamigen Piazza. Rechts im Bild steht ein Mann mit einem mobilen Verkaufsstand auf einem Stativ. Eine Kette aus (Holz-?) Perlen hängt über den Rand des Standes. Dahinter sind weitere Marktstände auf der Straße zu erkennen. Im Hintergrund steht das nördlich an die Basilika San Lorenzo angebaute Haus, das heute nicht mehr existiert. Am rechten Bildrand ist der Palazzo Della Stufa aus dem 14. Jahrhundert angeschnitten.
