Das rundbogige, gesockelte und sich rückwärtig verjüngende Kästchen auf Kugelfüßen ist teilweise mit goldenen Ranken bemalt. Es enthält in hohem Relief eine Statuette des guteb Hirten mit Lamm auf scharf profiliertem Sockel, darunter ein gazeumwickeltes Reliquienpäckchen. Die Figur sowie der ursprünglich rote Samtgrund werden von Klöppelspitze eingefasst, dazwischen Blumenmotive in Drahtarbeit.
