Es handelt sich um die Dampflokomotive 99 162. Sie wurde als eine von drei baugleichen meterspurigen Lokomotiven mit der Nummer 252 für die Rollbockbahn in Reichenbach/Vogtland gebaut. Nach Ihrer Ausmusterung 1963 wurde sie zum technischen Denkmal und 1971 ins Verkehrsmuseum Dresden gegeben. Bei der museumsgerechten Aufarbeitung wurde sie erneut als sächsische Lokomotive mit der Nummer 262 lackiert.
