Das Bild hat einen breiten, schwarzen Holzrahmen und ist reliefartig gestaltet. Unter dem Bild befindet sich eine kleines Schild: Zum 50. Geburtstag, gew. Kreis-Feuerwehr-Verband Wolmirstedt, 27.01.1939; Das Relief-Bild zeigt: im Hintergrund eine Stadt, im Vordergrund sind Feuerwehrmänner mit einer Spritze auf einer Leiter zu sehen. Rechts daneben steht ein Feuerwehrmann auf einem Feuerwehrauto mit einer Spritze in der Hand. Darunter steht "Gott zur Ehr, dem Nächsten zur Wehr" (Text)
