Sehr gut zu erkennen ist die unterschiedliche Funktion als Nutz- und Erholungsgarten.
In der oberen, südwestlichen Ecke ist das im 2. Weltkrieg durch einen Bombentreffer zerstörte Gärtnerhaus eingezeichnet.
