Gemüseportionsmesser (Grünkohl, Spinat, Rotkohl)

Nach der fertigen Bearbeitung des Gemüses wird der Brei gepresst und als gefrorener Endlos-Strang aus der Maschine gedrückt.

Heute wird nicht mehr mit diesem Messer im gefrorenem Zustand geschnitten, sondern mit einer Säge. Die sogenannten PELLOS oder PELLINIS werden von dortaus verpackt. (Quelle: IGLO - Reken)
