Description

Umgangssprachlich "Traubenmühle" genannt, dient diese Maschine zum Entfernen der Stiele (sog. Kämme oder Rappen) von den Beeren. Dies geschieht durch eine rotierende Walze, die mit Holzzapfen gespickt ist. In einem zweiten Arbeitsschritt zerquetschen zwei glatte, gegeneinander rotierende Holzwalzen die Trauben. Der Antrieb der Maschine erfolgt manuell über ein Handschwungrad.
