Vorderseite: Bekränzter Kopf des Gaius Iulius Caesar nach r.
Rückseite: "TI SEMPRONIVS - GRACCVS - Q DESIG -/ S - C" - Feldzeichen (vexillum), Legionsadler (aquila), Pflug und Zehnfuß (decempeda).

Tiberius Sempronius Gracchus war der für die Münzprägung verantwortliche IIIIvir und designierter Quaestor, nennt hier aber nur das letztere Amt. Die Rs.-Darstellung spielt auf die Ansiedlung von Veteranen an.
