Rückseite: "RHODIORVM - VICECANCELLARIVS" - Umschrift, Wappenschild.

Die Gussmedaille ist bei Niccolòs Aufenthalt in Rom 1485/86 entstanden. Guillaume Caoursin (um 1430-1501) war Vizekanzler des Johanniterordens.
