FIG. CCXCII.
The hair round the face dressed in ringlets; the hind hair turned up
close; bonnet of dark green velvet; white ostrich feather placed on the
left, and leaning over the bonnet, to the right side; gold tassel on the top
of the crown of the bonnet. Round dress of white muslin; short sleeves,
embroidered in white; elastic trimming of white velvet, tied with strings
of red beads round the arms; the same trimming a quadruple ruff of
white muslin, and two strings of pearls, round the neck. Narrow silk
riband round the waist. White gloves and shoes. Swan-down muff.

The front and side hair in ringlets; the hind hair turned up plain,
and the ends tied at the top of the crown, with a string of red beads;
cap of lace, embroidered in gold. Round dress of white muslin; short
sleeves, with plaited cuffs; trimming of narrow lace round the neck and
the cuffs. Gold chain round the arms, across the body, and round the
neck. Pearl necklace. Diamond ear-rings. White gloves and shoes.
