Description

In Somberek war es Brauch, dass die Patin eines Neugeborenen der Wöchnerin einen Topf mit Suppe brachte. Den Suppentopf band sie in ein Tragetuch, das so genannte Godeltuch, und trug ihn damit durch die Straßen.
Die Stickereien dieses Godeltuches enthalten das Monogramm der Besitzerin Elisabeth Hay.
